Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using our Service. By downloading, installing, subscribing to or using Unbite (the “App”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and Apple’s Licensed Application End-User License Agreement (LAEULA). If you do not accept every provision, do not use the App.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract. If you are under 18, you may use the App only with a parent’s or guardian’s consent.
SUBSCRIPTIONS, FREE TRIALS & BILLING
3.1 Plans and prices
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars; Apple will convert to your local currency where required. We may add or change plans; you will be notified of price changes at least 30 days in advance.
3.2 Payment processing
All payments, free trials and renewals are handled by Apple via your Apple ID. We never receive your payment details.
3.3 Free trials
If you start a free trial, your Apple ID will be charged for the chosen plan at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before trial expiry.
3.4 Auto-renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. To cancel or change a subscription, open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
3.5 Refunds
All refund requests are managed by Apple under its media-services terms; we cannot issue refunds directly.
LIMITED LICENCE
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to install and use one copy of the App per iOS device you own or control for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
HEALTH & MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
The App provides self-help tools for managing skin-picking urges and related behaviours. It does not offer medical diagnosis, treatment or advice and is not a medical device. Always consult a qualified health-care professional for medical concerns. Never delay seeking professional advice because of content in the App. Individual results vary.
USER DATA AND CONTENT
All urge logs and settings are stored locally on your device unless you export them. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for maintaining appropriate device security (passcode, biometrics, backup).
